When Consumer Reports specialists tested the winter tires for cars, the top three choices were:
Michelin X-Ice XI 2 , General Altimax Arctic , Nokian Hakkapeliitta 5.
Prices running from $75 usd. The General Altimax Arctic beeing the most afordable. Who says you have to pay extra to be safe?
