Dear Mr Belcourt:
I purchase a 2003 BMW 745LI , in
November of 2006 with 80,000 km. which was still under factory warranty. In October of 2008 the transmission was replaced at 109,000
km. one week later a new transmission replaced again, still not proforming as a new transmission should.
At 120,000km. drive side window motor replaced ($700.00)
Driver seat weight sensor replaced($1100.00)
Oct 2009 at 125,000km light mudual replaced
($1100.00) water pump replaced($700.00)
My question to BMW are these very costly cars were built very cheaply and are very expensive to repair? Or were they ment to last only as long as the warranty exist.
I owned many diferent cars prior to this BMW, and at 125,000km I never enconcord such problems.
I trust that you will address this problem and submit so sort of resolution.
Am I in for a big surprise or BMW 745LI supposed to be a well built car?
Dissappointed
