Trier Messepark to be the hub of the rally circus

Munich/Trier, 7 April 2008 – The ADAC Rallye Deutschland (14 to 17. August 2008) hosts the WRC for the seventh time and the venerable Moselle city of Trier with its ancient Porta Nigra gate will again be the point of departure and finish. The fans will certainly take a particular interest in the Central Service Area located in the Trier trade fair park (Messepark Trier). For the first time this year, the park will also host the Media Centre. This is the hub the international media and rally circus will revolve around. Based on the larger Trier area, the itinerary of the rally will cover 1,193 kilometres including 19 special stages over 367km in three days.
